Raw Material Selection
Certified coconut shell and tropical hardwood residue, sourced only from FSC-approved suppliers.

Carbonization
Controlled pyrolysis in kilns at 400–600°C for consistent fixed-carbon content.

Crushing
Charcoal is crushed and sieved to precise particle sizes matching each product line.

Mixing
Blended with natural food-grade starch binder — zero petrochemical additives.

Molding
Hydraulic presses form pillows, cubes, hexagons or cylinders at up to 200 tons of pressure.

Drying
Multi-stage oven drying reduces moisture to under 6% for consistent burn performance.

Quality Inspection
Every batch is lab-tested for moisture, ash, fixed carbon, volatile matter and calorific value.

Packaging
Automated flow-wrap, kraft bag or branded carton lines — full private label capability.

Container Loading
Palletized or floor-loaded on-site, sealed containers with full export documentation.
