What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is one 20ft container (12–24 tons depending on product density). For private label with custom packaging, MOQ is one 40ft container.

What are your lead times?

Standard lead time is 20–25 days from confirmed order and deposit. Peak season (Q4) may extend to 30–35 days. Rush orders can be accommodated on existing SKUs.

What payment terms do you accept?

30% T/T deposit against proforma invoice, 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Irrevocable L/C at sight also accepted for orders over USD 30,000.

Do you offer private label / OEM?

Yes. Full private label service includes custom carton/bag design, MSDS, barcode registration and shrink-wrapped consumer packs. OEM formulation adjustments available for volume orders.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes — up to 5 kg of standard specs are free of charge; buyer pays courier. Custom-spec samples require sample-fee agreement.

What are your shipping terms?

We ship FOB Semarang / Jakarta / Surabaya by default. CFR, CIF and DDP available on request for major destinations.

20ft container: BBQ briquette 18–20 tons, shisha cube 18 tons, hexagonal 22 tons, sawdust 24 tons, hardwood lump 12–14 tons, mangrove 14–16 tons.

How do I confirm product quality before shipping?

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Third-party SGS pre-shipment inspection can be arranged at buyer's cost.
